![]() Pre-Natal Yoga Pre Natal Yoga offers a rare chance in a busy life to create physical, emotional and spiritual space for a new baby. This class is designed to support women through every stage of pregnancy with a safe yet challenging practice. Postures are designed to relieve pregnancy-related discomforts, as well as build strength and flexibility. Additionally, we'll tone the pelvic floor and explore relaxation techniques to prepare for birth. All levels are welcome! (90 minute class) ![]() |
At Hands-On Massage & Wellness Center we strive to bring you the best yoga instructors the Peninsula has to offer in a warm and supportive environment. We offer a variety of yoga styles and class sizes are kept between 6-8 students so that personal attention with the instructor is maximized. Please call to reserve a space in the class.
Mom & Baby Yoga This class isn't quiet but it sure is fun! Come reconnect with your body, meet other new moms and enjoy time with your baby. We'll work on toning abdominal & pelvic floor muscles and relieving tension and soreness where you need it most. Feel free to bring blankets, toys or anything else you might need. This class is for moms 6 weeks post partum (or with a note from a doctor/midwife) and babies who are pre-crawling. (90 minute class) Yoga Flow In this class, poses are thoughtfully sequenced in a way that invigorates body and mind awareness. Breath and movement are brought in harmony to release stress and tension. Be ready to move and have fun! This class is designed for beginners or intermediate level students. Advanced students are welcome to join to further strengthen their fundamental practice. |
